The Battle for the Border Summer League registration is NOW OPEN. Spots limited!
The Battle for the Border Summer League offers the largest and most deepest pool of teams from elementary through high school in the region. In 2023, over 120 teams competed to see who reigns supreme on the Connecticut/Massachusetts border.
Divisions will be separated by competitive level.
The Battle for the Border Summer League offers teams a professionally organized and executed league offering with competitively balanced matchups and teams from a wide range of communities in North Central/Central CT and Western MA.
All games in air-conditioned facilities. 10 game guarantee for every team.

General
Battle for the Border Leagues will provide teams with a professionally organized and executed basketball league with teams across the Western Massachusetts and North Central Connecticut to find out who reigns supreme in the Battle for the CT/MA border!
The Battle for the Border League is a collaboration between THE COURT (Enfield, CT) and South End Community Center (Springfield, MA) to provide a premiere basketball league experience for high school & youth athletes in the region. The Battle for the Border league will create a fun and competitive summer league environment.
Games will be played at South End Community Center in Springfield and THE COURT in Enfield.
AAU, High School, Travel, and Suburban teams all eligible. Teams will be broken into pools by competitive level to ensure competitively balanced gameplay.

Format
- 10 games guaranteed (minimum)
- 9 regular season & minimum 1 playoff
- Regular season & playoffs
- Divisions separated by talent level (A,B)
- Games played Saturday & Sunday
- Stats and media coverage
Cost
Early Registration by June 1: $795/team
Standard Registration (after June1): $875/team

In order to participate in the Battle for the Border summer league registration MUST by complete by June 20.
Full payment MUST be submitted by June 20 in order for team to participate.
